November 2007: The shareholders of Alartec, one of the leading alarm and security systems companies in Spain with almost 30,000 alarms connected across Spain and Portugal, sells 100% of their shares to Seguriber S.A.

Alartec was owned by the founding shareholders and two private equity funds managed by MCH Private Equity (“MCH”).

MCH has been operating in Spain since 1998 and has raised two private equity funds, with total assets under management of €250m.

After the acquisition, Seguriber, one of the leading security systems, cleaning, gardening, software and outsource groups in Spain, adds a new business activity (installation of alarm systems and centralized monitoring of system control centers), becoming one of the ten biggest companies in the Iberian security sector.
