April 2016: Aritex Cading, Spanish Tier I provider of automated tailor-made assembly and welding solutions for automotive and aeronautical sectors (including clients such as Volkswagen and Airbus), has been acquired by AVIC International Holding Corporation.
Through this transaction Comsa Emte, which had a 90% stake, has divested its shareholding in Aritex Cading.
AVIC International Holding Corporation is a Chinese aircraft manufacturing group. SOCIOS acted as financial advisor of Aritex Cading’s shareholders in the initial stage of the competitive sale process initiated in 2013.
