The Firm was founded in 1991 by a group of senior executives with wide ranging corporate finance experience with the objective of creating an independent source of Corporate Finance advise in Spain, serving the middle and upper middle market segments.

During its 30 year plus history, a number of other senior executives have joined at Partner level from leading international investment banking groups and Big Four audit firms taking the current number of partners to 8.

Today, SOCIOS comprises more than 20 professionals based in Madrid and is a member of Oaklins, a global team of 850+ financial advisory professionals in 45 countries providing M&A, growth equity, ECM, debt advisory and corporate finance services to support entrepreneurs, corporates and investors in reaching their goals.
