August 2007: French multinational group SONEPAR, through its subsidiary SONEPAR IBÉRICA, acquires DIMEL CASTILLA, electrical material distribution company situated in Madrid.
With this operation, SONEPAR consolidates its position in the Spanish market, being now present through Hispanofil, Guerin, Dielectro Canarias, Hispanodis, Tedisel, Sonibética and Dielectro Balear in addition to Dimel Castilla.
