June 2007: Euroloc, one of Spain’s leading construction machinery rental providers, acquires Grúas Homs, based in Catalunya.
Grúas Homs is one of Catalunya’s leading operators in the field, was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in the town of Mataró.
This is Euroloc’s second major acquisition since it was acquired by the private equity firm Advent International in 2006. Grúas Homs significantly strengthens Euroloc’s presence in the key Catalan market and brings the Company’s machinery park to 29,000 units. Revenues for 2007 are expected now to reach €160 million.
