February 2007: Parques Reunidos, the Madrid based European leisure group, acquires Aqualud, from a prominent French business for an undisclosed sum.
Aqualud is located in Le Touquet, Northern France and is an indoor and outdoor leisure park with approximately 300,000 visitors per year.
The acquisition is the first acquisition to be completed by Parques Reunidos since Advent announced the sale of the business to leading European private equity group, Candover.
