April 2021 – Grupo Visalia acquires the electrical energy trading company Watium.
Grupo Visalia, an independent energy group that produces and supplies renewable energy and other related services to SMEs, small businesses and individuals, has acquired Watium, an electrical energy trading company with revenues exceeding €50 million and specialised in the client segments of property administrators and residential communities. With this acquisition, Grupo Visalia, which includes the investment fund GreenMont among its shareholders, now controls a group of 20 electrical energy trading companies exceeding 110,000 clients throughout Spain.
