February 2024 – Sale of a 100% of Sarabia Plastics to Grupo Envaplaster
Founded in 1983 and headquartered in Ibi (Alicante), Sarabia Plastics is a leading company within the Spanish plastic packaging sector focused on the food & beverage sector and with presence in Spain, Italy, Morocco and France.
The Envaplaster Group, owned by the Pina family and the private equity fund Stellum, has thus made its first acquisition as part of an inorganic growth plan established since the entry of Stellum in its capital.
