Zero Consulting is an environmental consulting firm specialized in the management of sustainable construction projects and energy-efficient buildings. Active since 2007 and based in Catalonia, it offers consulting services for the certification of projects under the standards of LEED, WELL, DGNB, BREEAM, VERDE, among others.
Accumin is the leading independent asset valuation group in Europe and Latin America.
With this acquisition, Accumin strengthens its ESG consulting services division, expanding the group’s presence throughout the real estate asset lifecycle.
