Veta+, headquartered in Madrid, is a leading provider of claims management services to insurance companies, predominantly in the home insurance segment. Innovation and a strong technological component are key differentiating factors of its solutions offering. Veta+ manages over 700,000 claims annually and employs a workforce of more than 350 professionals, including experts in digital claims management, technology developers, loss adjusters, and repair specialists.
The transaction entails Kartesia’s exit from the company’s shareholder structure.
This transaction is strategic for MSA Mizar, which thus strengthens its business in Spain and makes a significant entry into an insurance line that complements its core business in the auto line.
