August 2003: Advanced Telephone Systems “ATS” has reached agreement with Vocento, S.A. Spain’s largest media group, and Telephone Publishing International for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Sentinel Security España, a company providing “voice personals” services.
The transaction includes a joint venture agreement with Vocento which allows ATS to access clients through all Vocento’s written media. SOCIOS advises ATS on the agreements reached and the acquisition of Sentinel.
