December 2006: real estate developer Espais, real estate fund Forum Partners and the Dutch pension fund PGGM commit to a joint contribution of €70 million for the constitution and foundation of Eurozone Capital.
Eurozone Capital is a real estate investment company with total investment funds available of €600 million and will focus on offices, commercial and industrial sectors.
