December 2007: One of the two founding families of Lledó Iluminación becomes majority shareholder of the Group through the acquisition of further shares owned by other family members. As part of this restructuring process, the parties agree the terms of a future liquidity mechanism in case the selling shareholders decide to sell their remaining shares.
Founded in 1958, Lledó Illuminación specialises in high-end lighting systems distribution and lighting projects development. The company owns 35 delegations in Spain, France and Portugal, with a catalogue of more than 25,000 references and annual revenues of 73 million euros.
