July 2020: Nazca Capital acquires IDP, a benchmark in Spain for BIM-based engineering and architecture services.
Founded in Sabadell in 1998, IDP is a Spanish leading player in (Building Information Modelling) BIM-based engineering, architecture and other digitalization services for a wide range of sectors including industry, logistics, infrastructure, retail, etc. With offices in Spain and Latin America, IDP has successfully developed more than 8,000 projects for private and public clients, including renowned multinationals and regional public administrations.
With its incorporation to the shareholding, Nazca Capital, together with the company’s founding shareholders, is committed to giving continuity to IDP’s growth by promoting its strategic plan whose pillars are (i) to carry out an ambitious growth plan based on the acquisition of other synergetic engineering and digital services companies, and (ii) to promote organic growth within the national territory.
