May 2021: Tinsa acquires software for database optimization company Deyde
Deyde is a software company specialised in the normalisation, deduplication and enrichment of databases for large companies. It is present in Spain, Mexico, Colombia and Chile.
Tinsa is the leading independent asset valuation group in Europe and Latin America. Owned by British PE Cinven and management. It is present in 14 countries and has agreements with 2,000+ external valuers.
With this acquisition, Tinsa continues diversification of the software / data vertical initiated in 2019 with the acquisition of Datacentric.
